I have lived in many places, and this was not one of the better ones. New owners were always promising upgrades to justify "luxury" self - billing. It never happened. Maintenence is poor and some of the other residents look as though they just got out of jail. Place overall is a little run-down.... just look at the ouside and the cheap vinyl banner hung with rope that tries to be passed off as a sign.... jesus, spend some money on a decent sign... what a joke. You CAN judge a book by its cover. I?m in a much better place now for the same rent. You can do better.
