I have lived here at Morgan @ the Park for 4 years. After reading the opinion from the unhappy person on April 13th, I feel as having been a resident here for so long, I should share my opinion on behalf of the staff who has taken very good care of me for 4 years. Not only has the office staff and maintenance been wonderful to me and have met my needs, I have found it extremely quiet and easy to sleep at night. Very quiet in the building. Of course we are in a city so there a outer noises as in any city. I have a dishwasher in my unit,and I was shown 3 apts. here when I first came to rent. They ALL HAD DISHWASHERS. I happen to live in a unit on the 10th floor with hardwood floors, top of the line black appliances, and cherry cabinets. I have ceramic tiles in my bathroom and kitchen with a ceiling fan and track lighting...doesn't strike me as old and 50's style, and I don't have a chipped tub. I was shown the gym on my tour, and it's small but adequate. While Hartford may have it's issues, I have found it quite convenient to walk to City Place in the morning for work, and so far, I have been happy with the service here.
