I moved into this building, using my schools off campus incentive program so I probably paid about the same to live there as anyone else. I know that we went to look at it seperately, they were trying to tell me that there barely there apartments were anywhere from $680-850/mo. and that includes nothing!!
My apartment had a crappy view of the back parking lot, which for the $70 I paid, is so condensed, its not worth it. there are no guaranteed spots and the only time they check to see if you have the designated sticker is right after the 10th of the month. Make sure they see it too or they'll tow it for another 100 bucks of your money.
Plus, my car got side swiped in the parking lot and they did nothing about it!
As for the apartment building itself, sometimes we were lucky if both elevators worked. My hallway always smelled a little funny. Yes my apartment was quiet with the expception of hearing my neighbors engulfed in their sexual experience at 4 AM!
Plus every night you'll endure the sounds of fire engines and police sirens almost hour by hour.
My apartment also had a gas leak that, time and time again, was not fixed. The screens were falling of the windows so bugs got into my apartment. The shower curtain rod fell off the wall onto my head, the towel rack fell off the wall, the toilet would keep running unless you pushed the handle up, lights had to fixed constantly, oh and not to mention that only two of the burners on the stove worked and there is no way to control the heat in the winter so you have to go to bed in your sweaters and sweat pants!
The fitness area you pay for, well half the equipment is broken and the room is the size of your bedroom(small).
I also agree that the staff was extreemly rude. I suggest that if they don't want to do their jobs, than they should go somewhere else. And beware of harassment from the small security guard!
Only thing good about this place is the location to the highway and the airconditioning but for the price they charge, its not worth your money.
