Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
 
I am not one to be an easy complainer," but the rental office staff and maintenance staff performance is very low:
1] they do not return phone calls
2] it take on avg. 3 calls to get any maintenance done nothing major just water damage & mice, and when it is done it is shoddy work. No respect at all towards renters
