I have lived here twice ?? both for 6 months?? duration. I find the place convenient from a traveling perspective. CT transit bustops, Union station is just a few feet away. The apartments are priced alright and the staff is courteous for the most part.
Parking is very expensive. There is a constant stench of something cooking and that does not go away easily. Of late, I hear a few neighbors complaining of rats in the houses. Now that??s not good. The centralized heating is bad and inadequate (you cant control it from inside the house)..
I would recommend it for anyone who is single and who is looking at a short term accommodation they have 3 months, 6 months lease) and who does not mind the rats for company !!
