This is just one of the Good thing about this place. Others are staff that doesn't care for tenants, bad maintenance, worn out carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, bathtubs, closets... and the list goes on.

They have airconditioner installed in the rooms and you get cold air as bonus leaking from the poor insulation around conditioner. When you call the mainteance guys, they tell you to wear sleepers and sweaters to avoid health problems. So caring !!!! isn't it'''

You call the maintenance guys to fix things, they don't turn up. You have to be a person who is good at followup to get things done.

The office staff.. is GREAT !! .. If u register a complaint, its written on the postit.. and when you step out of the office, the postit goes to trash...

When you rent a FURNISHED apartment, you are given old furnishings used by earlier occupant. Scratched utensils, soiled cupboards, cutlerly, dinner and cooking set.. You need to justify why u need new stuff inspite of paying $1200 for the furnished studio. You should be very good in follow up with them to get things done..

You are taken for GRANTED !! So no service to you.
