Cold Showers and Horrible Water Pressure,

Showers are usually cold and water pressure is horrible. The air conditioner is a nice touch, but is way undersized for even the small studio.

Parking is available, including garaged parking - however you have to pay for parking, including the outside open lots.

Customer service is very poor - and the leasing staff is a nightmare to work with.
