It is good if your expectations are not high.You will get cold water between 6.00 am and 9.00 am. If you go and ask staff they will suggest you to change your time.
Rats oh my god. Lots of those.

I sincerely agree with this. This is a disaster place to live. I have never seen leasing officer shouting at the tenants and maintenance guyz giving lectures to the tentants about their liveling style. Also youdonot get heat only in winter and if you ask they give a prompt answer that in New England you should wear sweaters, slippers, jeans etc instead of increasing the heat.
