Ok, even if the staff were nice (NOT), the service nice (NOT), the layout nice (NOT) you still have rats! WHUH-DA-FU!! That means this has become the projects. Not the typical downtown area apartment with a hint of prestige. Where's the work ethic. Where's the pride. And this "don't like it - MOVE" attitude of the office. Where's the customer service' Upward and Mobile yuppies are paying $1200/month and being treated like crack heads who don't pay their bills. Long time customers are spoken to like they're worthless.
I've had it, I'm out.
P.S. I personally like the guards. They at least seem like they care. But I'm dissapointed with the management. No worse. They offend me. I am offended by the service.
