Hi, I stayed for 15 months, my experience was very good. it very close to downtown and bus stop. Mangement was nice and they use to attent problem with-in no time and now they are renovaiting whole apartment with new carpets and applicance. For the price, it is very nice place to stay. dont go by pervious reviews, See to belive

Looks like you are also one of those idiot managers of Morgan.The place is worst with no oone to look after the problem.In the name of renovation they raised the prices already hig..Can you expect to pay 1000bucks for 1bhk without a car parking with bedbugs,firealarms every other day.No security at all anywhere.few days back someone robbed the store downstairs and then after few days someone broke the glass of a car in daytime and management and security guards say they dont have any camera installed ...Rubbish place to live in...

I agree with the response. I have lived there for 2 years and I wish I didnt have to. If wasnt so close to my office and collegues. The homes are infested with bedbugs, mice and the maint staff is rude. I am moving out of station and will be happy to leave this worst place ever.
