They Need Customer Service 101!

First of all, these are NOT luxury apartments. Secondly, the staff needs to aquaint themselves with the laws regarding the entering of apartments without notice. The staff seems to think that THEY are paying the rent not you! Moreover, they act like they are doing YOU a favor by listening when you have a complaint. They need to stop being in denial and clean up their act when it comes to management.
