Here are the top 10 reasons not live at Morgan:
1) No doorman and the security is useless.
2) If you get locked out there is no way to call for service. They will also charge you $50 after you wait for an hour.
3) The laundry machines are broken and take your money.
4) The parking lot is unsafe for you and your car.
5) The fitness center has broken equipment.
6) Although close to the train station and highway, there are always homeless people begging for money in front of the building.
7) After moving out they will deduct $190 for cleaning from your security deposit.
8) The staff is rude and does not return phone calls, emails, or letters.
9) Your car will get towed or damaged at least once.
10) There are better, nicer, and less expensive places to live.

If you go on a tour be sure to bring a copy of this list and have them try to defend it. You should also talk to some current tenants while your there...Most feel the same way!
