I lived here for 1 year, and unfortunately had to relocate out of state for work purposes. In short, I really enjoyed living here and was sad to leave.

What I liked most about living here was very little noise, friendly staff, responsive maintenance, indoor parking, safety, and I had an incredible view of the Hartford skyline.

What I didn't like was very little visitor parking, poor a/c and heat (which are included in rent). So basically my likes outweighed my dislikes.

Overall, my experience was very positive. I do believe that one's experience also depends on which building you are in. I was in tower B, and from what I hear, tower A has more college students and is more noisy. Also, the location of your apt. probably is a factor in terms of how hot your apt. gets in the summer (i.e., if you're facing east or west you'll get more sun).

But again, I loved living here. And if I didn't have to relocate, I would have definitely stayed!
