Can't wait to get out.

Where should i start' The biggest problem I have with the place is visitors. If you have a significant other and do not live with them, then I say don't move to PPT. My girlfriend comes over almost everyday and everyday she gets harrassed by the concierge to show 2 forms of picture ID then they call your phone to see if she has permission to go up. ah yes she can come up, duh. And finding a parking spot is next to impossible. 1000 people live in PPT but yet they only have, at max, 30 visitor spots. And there are about another 30 sopts on the road, but your car has a 1 in 5 chance of being broken in to cause the area around PPT is the hood. Sometimes they like to go around to the visitor spots and either give tickets or place a big orange sticker on your window, which is impossible to get off.
Having a party is out of the question unless you rent a shuttle bus to pick all your friends up.
The free heat and AC is a joke. The AC when it works barely works and the same goes for the heat.
Parking in the garage can be a pain due to the size of the spots. It would be a great garage if it were in Europe with all the small cars. If you have a nice car and don't want it to get dinged by another car, I suggest parking on the top level of the garage.
The next biggest complaint is the area. It is in the second crappiest area in Hartford.
