1) The biggest problem is A/C. It has nothing to do with the maintanence guys, I guess they just wants to safe some money. We already had a few days over 75F, but the apartement feels like 90 and they won't turn the A/C on YET! 6) Overall if you are here for 1-2 years is a safe bet, has a feel of big city building in Hartford
