The only way we can fix this AC problem is by getting as many people as possible to withhold rent payments and threaten Underwood to use that money to utilize an independant AC repair person to correct the problem. This is permissable under CT landlord/tenant law. The only way we will get their attention is by working together. If you are interested in first providing your name and intentions to Underwood so they are put on notice of the problem, email it to me legalheavyhitter@yahoo.com. Your info will be confidential other than to Underwood. Don't worry, the letter will be professional :)
