My dealings witht he Leasing Staff was "questionable". I was getting call backs and follow ups after I saw the place. After I paid the application money and gave my renters rent scurity guess what' All I heard was crickets. Hmm did I get hit up for $210.00' Seemed weird that they didn't call me back. I was shown an apartment and was never told that it was switched HMMM.. Whats the deal witht that' I showed up since no one was returning my calls and demanded to see the new apartment. If I didn'tlike it then I was going to put a stop payment on my check. They showed me the otyher apartment after I made it clear that I wasn't happy and that I was going to see it. They showed it to me and sure it enough it was a ---- hole compared to the one I first saw. the fridge's interior was completely covered with mold. YUK!!
I was told that AC /Heat was included, there was so much parking I would never have a problem, maintenane was on the ball, security was tight and that the staff was very structured. Yea Right!!!!

I was given the tour but never fell for the sting. I asked if I could check out other floors but was ingnored. The staff actually got into a verball confrontation in front of me--WOW

It appears that no communication is done between staff. So far I'm not impressed.
