THe Office no longer provides the quality customer service that I have been accustomed to over the years. I have lived here for nearly six years and this is the first time that I have felt so much frustration. I called to speak with a manager and the woman "Kay" was rude and inconsistent with her information - that is when she finally decided to return my call. Complaints are regarded as fictuous and the concierge are always inconsiderate and quick to judge. Security is lax and I dont feel safe here at all. It has truly become a sad state of affairs. I am moving to The Bushnell, and I look forward to their bright, pleasant environment. Someone should let the owners know that their decisions over the last six months regarding their facility, personnell changes and quality of life is going to cost themgreatly.
