Exorbinent amount of money for rent. Our increase was $40.00 this year. They keep building and remodeling rooms for their tenants, but we are never allowed to use them. However, staff and their freinds and family are always hanging out and partying in them. The office staff has had a huge turnover over the last couple of months and now their customer service is non-existent. What am I paying so much more money for' To house all the students that are running around in their slippers and holding beer cans' This place has gone to hell in a hand basket, and rest assured I will be searching for a new place to live. Thank God the new developments are being developed downtown. What a shame for a property that was once a highlight of Hartford.
