Got a call from a pal about these ratings. Its sad but true, this place is just not the same without people like Maria, Donald, Teresa and Paul. No one cares about anyone else in this place. All anyone is concerned with is money, control and gossip. It has turned into a college dorm....I saw a girl checking her mail in pajamas and slippers! No one said anything to her at the desk. But let me walk through the lobby without my shirt on one of the hottest days of the summer, and I got cussed out by the concierge. People here feel to free to say degrading and demeaning things to you in public. I dont need a mother, and the way the concierge talks to you is insane. Too bad this place has gotten so out of control.
