The biggest problem in these apartments is the air conditioning. It didn't work all summer and living on one of the upper floors, my apartment was unbelieveably hot. The AC blows hot air and my complaints about this issue were never addressed.

Another problem is the concierge service. These individuals need to be trained in customer service. They are rude and condescending to tenants and especially to guests. These people need to understand they are in a SERVICE job although I don't think they would even know what that means. The older ------- American woman in tower B is miserable. She treats people according to their skin color (if you want preferential treatment, you better be black) and I have witnessed it first hand many times. Sad.

The last problem is the astronomical rent increases. Rent goes up about $50 per year, every year while service and quality has nosedived.
