I remember several years back when Park Place Towers (in the days of Maria)was a wonderful place to live. No...it was one of the best places to live in Hartford, and it's obvious from the number of half-assed reviews that really have nothing to do with the apartments themselves, that nothing has hurt Park Place Towers more than the introduction of Apartment Ratings. com.
It amazes me how people can get on the internet and rip people apart by name, and be so rude. This web site was designed to rate APARTMENTS...not people...and before anyone posts another rating claiming that I am an x-employee, let me save you time. I have never worked at Park Place in my life, but I have worked and lived in downtown Hartford for many years in the real estate business, and I can tell you that before Park Place got such a bad rap on Apartment Ratings.com, I used to hear wonderful comments about it. Perhaps eliminating Frog Hollow projects next door might be a step in the right direction. Good luck Park Place, and I hope you can overcome all the lucid crap on this hurtful website, and restore your old reputation.
