AC and Heat are a joke

I've lived in Park Place Towers for 5 years. Overall its a decent place, but all the good is overshadowed by the sorry excuse for a heating and AC system that they have. The heat is inconsistent at best and my apartment always feels like an oven. I would review the AC as well, but its hard to rate something that doesn't exist. The air conditioning doesn't work and never has since I've lived here - at least on the upper floors. Be sure to ask specific questions about the AC when you sign your lease. You will find yourself spending as little time as possible in your apartment in the summer because your apartment will be unbearably hot.
