I agree with with the comments about the A/C and heat. However, I've gotten used to it, and I haven't paid over $30 for my electric bill in over a year. In the winter I use an electric blanket which helps tremendously. The Staff are courteous, except for a few exceptions.

My biggest complaint is with the parking garage. I shudder with fear as I turn each blind corner waiting for a head-on collision. My other complaint is with the neighborhood. Alot of streets in this neighborhood is full of trash, and the buildings are run down. The park across the street is a disappoinment, I avoid it because of all the shady people that hang out there.

Most appliances in the apartments are new, however the kitchen and bathroom floors are old and disgusting and need remodeling.

Given the price, a major disappointment.

leave whil eyou can. no a/c hot water is also always cold in the morning.
