I lived at Park Place for 2 years. The space in my two bedroom was huge and not that expensive, but I could never get in touch with the office The concierge always said they were somewhere else and so I called and left a message and never got a call back. The concierges were usually very nice. (It's not their fault no one was around to see us.) One of the ladies in the office was very rude, and when I asked for documentation of her promises, she completely refused. My boyfriend's car was broken into three times and my friend's car was stolen!!! So much for security and cameras! My roomates car was in the garage and had the dodge symbol ripped off of it. The heat and a/c never worked correctly. Lastly, I was never told about any of the maintenance situations, imagine my surprise when the window washers were right outside the window while I was sleeping naked because it was sooo hot!! Generally, if not for the car break-ins or the few horrible office people, I liked the place. Just tell any visitors to pay the five dollars to park in the garage if staying overnight

three times they broke into my car. three times.

wow. i'm thinking of applying here as a security guard. is good to know what i'm getting into. if i get hired, none of thes incidens will happen.
