This complex is first rate for Hartford. Secure, clean apartments with secure parking and absolutely beautiful grounds. Overall a great place to live although the neighborhood isn't that great.



The one problem I have is with the air conditioning. The management regulates how much you use. It only comes on if the outside temp is over 70 for 4 hours! That means it could hit 90 before your AC kicks in. The apartments are never cool. They also don?t let you "cool" your apartment lower than 70 degrees... they have a set thermostat. I would expect more comfort from a "luxury" apartment building. I couldn't take it and moved out. Be sure to buy a fan.
