It is one of the best places to live around Hartford. The apartments are secure, convenient and nice. I love the huge, clean and sufficient gym. However, the neighborhood really sucks. If you have an issue with the management, especially with the lease office, you better call them 6-7 times and let them see how desperate you are about talking to them. Eventually they will talk to you after your several attempts.(Do not expect to receive a response from them-since they are always so busy- you must call them)AC is a very important issue. I could not agree more.
