I have been a resident here for almost a year now and have never had any problems. The only thing I can think of is over the winter the heat wasn't that warm so I politely asked at the desk to put in a work order and within hours my apartment was toasty warm. Same for the A/C.

I have read other reviews bashing the towers but I just don't see it. The entire staff has been incredibly accomodating to me and my girlfriend while we have been living here. The maintenance has been taken care of the same day or the day after when I have put in a work order. The parking is secure with key card access and hasn't given me any trouble. (The gates are plenty big enough too.) There are cars with layers of dust on them in the garage but they haven't been driven for months. I have left my truck parked for 4-5 days straight and never had any dust layer on it. Yes, you have to be careful when you go around the corners but its not fault of the garage, its people who think that everything and everyone will move out of the way for them.

If you compare the rent here with the rent other places and factor in what you get for it then it can't be beat. I looked at a lot of apartments in Hartford before I moved here and nothing even came close to offering the facilities and the security that is here.

There is a gorgeous park ON OUR PROPERTY that has ponds, flowers, trees, courts, a pool, and little benches and chairs. I have never seen anyone shady wandering around THE GROUNDS that the towers are on and if there was they wouldn't be there long because including myself there are about 7-10 police officers that live in the two towers.

Also, you are in an urban city. What the hell do you think is going to happen if you park your car on the street' Pedestrians are going to clean it for you'! It's only $5 for a guest to park in the garage if you don't get a visitor space that has cameras on it and is on the property.

My girlfriend and I are renewing our lease and moving into one of the penthouses because we love it so much.

Well I don't know what to tell you, my internet's never given me trouble and I actually had to turn the a/c off because it got too cold in my apartment.

police officers? i think they get discounted rent. why else would you live here. my car was broken into three times, and they never caught anyone.. p.s. my a/c doesnt work either.
