I'm not really sure why all of these people are complaining. This is an inexpensive place to live. My large, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is $1180 a month (that includes a $55 fee for a short term lease, and an additional parking space, so it's really only $1095). The apartment comes with free heat (I've never been cold), free AC (I'm not hot), a gym (which I use daily without any problems, plus I can bring a guest for free), covered parking, free internet (I had a problem with that but the network guy fixed it for me. He made an appointment for the day I called).

It is clear when moving in that this is not the greatest neighborhood, but the building itself is very secure. I certainly do not go for leisurely walks around the neighborhood, but as a 20 something female, I feel fine walking to and from my car. (If you want to go for a walk, Elizabeth Park and the West Hartford Reservoir are 5 and 15 minute drives away, respectively).

I have a fiance that visits every weekend and is always able to find parking in the guest lot rather than on the street. That being said, late night guest parking can be difficult.

I do not hear any noise from other apartments.

Maintenance responded quickly when my closet door needed repair.

The only reason I am moving out is because I finished grad school and am relocating to another city.

Overall, it's not a "luxury" apartment complex, but it is affordable, comfortable, and secure.

ya i agree with you.i too lived here for a year and apts are good and the maintenance too.they are very helpful.i loved that apartment .the only reason to move is b'cas of job
