I went just to LOOK at apartments here, and I practically ran out of there furious. I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. I work in the apartment industry, and just could not believe the behavior these people exhibit. I am not sure how they live with themselves. The people who run this place, and run other properties in the area on Frederick St/Owen St are so awful, I would never walk into those doors again. It is dirty, old, and broken down. Then rent should be about $20 a month. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking, just like I am!

I have to concur. I actually just went to LOOK at an apartment recently. The staff wasn't all that personable, there was an annoying application process JUST to look, and the leasing consultant tried to charge me 25 dollars to LOOK at the apartment. Notwithstanding the fact their website states that it's FREE to look and 25 dollars for the background check IF you decide you like the apartment and want to give it a shot. After reading these reviews. I'm glad I chose NOT to.
