I have been here for over twelve years, and I absolutely love it! I have never had a better landlord in my life. I will never give up my apartment. This place is too nice. These young kids complaining never had a hard day in their life, but they will live and learn.
I truly recommend this building and the landlord to everyone!

You seem forgotten about the roach and hot water problems. don't tell me you do not know, because they got a serious warning from Helth department, and roaches were everywhere in every single rooms. And what about hot waters in winter? you do not take shower with hot water in winter???
