I live at the Regency Towers, which is actually a condominium building and not an apartment building. I have lived here for over 8 years and I also own & rent 4 other units in the building.

Prior to moving into this building I looked at many other. I was pleasantly surprised to find what I would call a mini paridise in the middle of the desirable West End of Hartford.

From the outside it's a typical 12 story building with balconies on each unit. But when you get inside, you are greated with a pleasant security guard who calls the owner to know they have a guest. They are on a 1st name bases with most people in the building.

There is a beautiful, well kept swiming pool as well as garaged & outside parking.

The condo's are very well kept up by a professional management company. Inside the units, most have wood floors and ceramic tiled bathrooms.

I personally enjoy the diversity of the building. We have a mixture of law students, doctors, Aetnea employees etc. So we have the young, old and people of all different nationalities. Ironically, with such a diverse group it remains a very quiet building.

I walk my dog around the neighborhood at least once a day an have always felt safe. At night the security guard do rounds I believe every hour and that also makes me feel safe.

The condo fee here is great because it includes all utilies, AC, electric, H&HW as well as cable TV

All-in-all I would recomend this building to anyone. The price is right for all that you get!
