This is a good building. The staff is friendly and helpful, it is well managed, and the grounds and common areas are well kept and very clean. Our apartment is beautiful. Upper floors have great views. The street is attractive. This is a very convenient location.
Our apartment is very quiet inside. In the hallway we can hear loud music or fights from other apartments. Whatever problems exist at Regency Towers are caused by absentee owners who are not careful about who they rent to.
The pool is small but a bonus, some apartments have underground parking, and the 24 hour security staff in the building provides peace of mind. The prices are still very reasonable and condo fees are competitive.
