Great Place - Parking Nightmare

These apartments are great and have a reasonable price for the area. Its worth the extra 50 a month to get one of the end apartments, since they are huge and the one I had, has a great view of the capital building.
Parking is a nightmare. Management should see if they can work out a deal with Lincoln to park in their garage. The lot that is recommended to residents by management is on the corner and owned by propark. It costs about 75 a month to park there and it is dark and shady and unstaffed most of the time (nightmare to even figure out how and when to pay for a spot). Parking alone should keep you away from this place.
If parking doesn't scare you maybe noise will. Constant thump on thursday, friday and saturday night and police yelling over loud speakers to break up the crowds at Papas Pizza at 3am... make sure you are a heavy sleeper.
Also, be prepared to be hit up for a couple bucks from the people that wander the street. My first introduction to the neighborhood was when I was asked for change and it continues to this day on an every other day basis.
Overall though, if they could get something adequate worked out for parking, I would definitely live here again.
