Rap clubs make it a dangerous area at night

I looked at this apartment during the day and was sold immediately. I wish I had looked at it at night....
Starting Thursdays, the rap club around the corner populates the entire street with thugs, criminals and idiots who blare their garbage rap music right outside your bedroom window. Breaking glass, screaming, fights and even a stabbing are all heard or seen from my bedroom window - all after 2 AM. Don't even get me started on the pizza restaurant downstairs. The entire north end of Hartford desends on this place every night after the bars close. Hartford police could sweep the place and pick up outstanding warrants like they were picking daisies. It seems as though the entire prison system goes on a field trip to Papas Pizza after last call. It is not safe to venture out at this hour as I have been harassed many times.
These apartments are very different after dark than they appear during the day.
