it's not as cheap as you think, loud and get smoke from downstairs bars, and have heard there are cockroaches in the building.
1)My Con Ed bills are never less than $70 (even though they pay a/c AND said never above $20 which i should have gotten in writing) I've confirmed with my neighbors they pay the same and even slightly more.
2)Smoke from bar/outside bars downstairs seem in front windows if face street
3)worst, mgmt response to any issues even though they look so pleasant, is unresponsive at best, using used car sales techniques and dishonest at worst. And now have roach problems i can't even get them to spray regularly. central location and love the loft look, but i'm soo out of here as fast as i can.
