Awesome apartment! Awesome Location!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
I've lived here for four years- trust me- its great! My neighbor who wrote the 9/14/05 review obviously doesn't have a clue. Who's Con Ed' Last I looked, my electric bill was from CL&P. I like it so much, my foriends are moving in too. Take it from me- there isn't a better apartment for the $$ in Downtown
