The apartments are beautiful - lived there a year, parked in the lots next door. Parking is a bit pricey, but i never had a problem, my car was never broken into (though some of my neighbors' cars were). Moral of the story: don't leave anything in plain sight in your car. Management is good, very responsive to any problems you might have. It's a great location, despite occasional crime issues outside of the building (you just have to exercise common sense precaution). I met a lot of great people there - a lot of young professionals, fun building. Can be noisy late at night with the bars/clubs - but it's the same in any city. Overall, i had a great experience there, only moved out because car insurance in hartford is ridiculous!
