These are cool apartments on the inside exposed brick walls pipes cool lofts all around convienent to bars (right on top of the best ones), bus/train station (right behind it), starbucks, food, and financial buildings, everything is within a couple of blocks, now lets get down to the truth

PARKING IS AWFUL!!! there is a lot next door but its expensive and on bar nights they let it get filled up and there will be no place for you to park except on the street my car was broken into 11 times in the 2 years I lived here

If you live on the third floor in the back building be ready to sweat in the summer!!!! it is soooo hot i felt like there was no such thing as air conditioning

The hot water in the bathrooms last all of 5 min so you have to take super quick showers say good bye to baths

After about 5 when all the businesses let out a new crowd comes into town that is not the nicest to be around

I am a single white female with blonde hair and lets just say I stood out like a light bulb and was constantly having to have my gaurd up creepy crowd that will say a lot of nasty things to you that you just have to walk away from and scary guys that will try to get you alone and in corners STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE A SINGLE FEMALE or get a gun or stun gun or something

Always sirens zooming by and gun shots and stuff

hartford is a straight up ghetto

No surprise here. I use to live in these units and there's very little wrong with them but everything this person says about Hartford is true. I love the slogans ???]New England???s Rising Star and ???Hartford, Proud and Beautiful??? I think not!
