My husband was relocated to the Groton area in 2001. We rented a 2 BR Appt for 3 mos while we looked for a house to buy. The managment at the time was terrible! They had lied about the monthly amount (I had arranged all this thru the internet/phone prior to moving there. We were living in WA state at the time)
The hallways smelled like dirty wet dogs, it was terrible. A lot of people have multiple large dogs living in these apartments and that in my opinion is wrong.
My car was vandelized one night while parked in our parking space. The management did not seem to really care.

We were able to move out in 3 mos time.
