The apartment is very spacious for the money relative to the area but they are nothing special. The kitchens are exceptionally small in size. The grounds are natural looking and spacious. Maintenance responds quickly to problems. Office staff friendly. Nice 10 day window in which to pay rent at the beginning of each month. Pet friendly. There are a large number of military families living there. This is a relatively noisy community to live in. I broke my year lease 7 months into it for the reason of the noise but was still required to pay the very large lease-breaking fee, which I thought was unfair.
