My husband and I lived in Ledyard while leasing an apartment at Fox Run Apartments several years ago while my husband was still in the Navy. Our first child was born a month and a half after we moved in. The grounds of the apartment complex were incredibly beautiful and serene. The apartments themselves were very nice with beautiful hardwood floors and plenty of room for a couple alone or with one child. Some of my happiest memories that I recall up to this point in my life were made while we were living in Ledyard. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is searching for a comfortable, quaint community to settle down in.
