The apartment we got is very nice. We just moved in about 2 months ago and we love it here. Very quiet, country setting. The apartment had new carpet, was freshly painted and very clean. The appliances are fairly new. The manager (Shawn) is great. We have rented many apartments in the past and this is by far the best in the area. Maintenance is very responsive and friendly. The other negative comments about this property from other people seem unfair and we have not noticed any of the same problems. The property is old but many improvements have been done and are continuing. It appears some buildings are getting new siding and windows and the grounds are kept up very well. All in all we would rent this again without any complaints.
