Okay it seems like this site is infested with people who are writing "reviews" , who are really managers etc. I'm definitely not. I'm a 22 year old college dropout.
I had roommates for a while and finally decided on my own place at Fox Run. Honestly, the location is just great if you like the quiet. I had a nice building and my back windows looked out in to forest. The front windows looked out at the parking lot, but whatever.
The kitchen is pretty blah if you're serious about cooking. No dishwasher, no garbage disposal and also a smaller-than-standard stove which can be a hassle if you're trying to cook more than one full-size pan at once. It's definitely doable but man a full size stove would have been nice.
I was on the upper floor and didn't really have any noise issues and I'm REALLY sensitive about noise. Obviously you'd hear people coming in etc. but it wasn't so bad really. That's going to be neighbor dependant more than anything.
That poor lady stayed late on a Friday so I could hand in my first month's rent cuz I forgot all about it until the last minute. I've never had an issue with her, and I don't like anyone!
The bathroom is pretty small too, but it's a bathroom. Everything worked, it was just a tiny bit inconvenient getting out of the shower with the potty right there.
master bedroom had a ceiling fan which is nice, there's no central a/c and it gets hot here in the summer. like mid 80s.
Also, honestly they do a pretty good job about upkeep. When I moved in for MONTHS there were no lines in my parking lot and it was kind of a hassle but they eventually fixed it. The stairways get cleaned probably every two weeks. They cut the grass A LOT which is really noisy and irritating but I guess it's good grooming. They shovel.. eh. Like the next day usually, there's been times where the outside stairs have been icy/sketchy for a little longer than they should be.
Neighbors are okay. It seems to be a lot of white trash but usually kept their drama inside. Not toooo many college kids but definitely a few, the ones near me were quiet though and I never really noticed any noise issues from that.
Honestly, I don't know what people expect in an apartment since this was my first one but I have no real complaints and the scenery is just great. 4 stars. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
