wow...after being here through the summer, and seeing how proactive the community was with the landscaping, etc. i thought they would be really good at winter property maintenance. On the contrary, this is probably the messiest complex i have ever seen. Outside my patio window i have a lovely view of the overused trash bin. Even when the bin is completely empty, people dont throw their bags inside of it, because i suppose they feel its too much of a pain in the ass to lift the lid. So the trash, after it gets picked through by someone or something, just sits outside the side of the bin, rotting away. Its probably the most disgusting thing i have ever seen. It also seems that someone in my building has ordered the newspaper, but doesnt want to pick it up off the front entrance way ever. So now there is probably, i dont know, 15 different papers scattered everywhere. I would think that the property manager would care more about the appearance of the complex, to have picked them up'. I guess i was mistaken. Its as if the property managers are absentee' I cant figure it out.The apartments inside are beautiful, but wow, the outside is embarrasing, to say the least. I dont know if anyone reads these posts. But i can only hope that the management staff does, or becomes aware that its out of control. Seems as if all they care about now is finishing these stupid car ports. Just so they can have an ammenity to make money off of. I think its sad. Just another apartment complex who doesnt care anything about the tenants except if they pay their rent on time. Capitalism at its finest. Its sad
