i have lived here since the place has opened and the one thing that everyone should know is that this is a brand new place...so u are moving into new construction..i have never had a problem with any one here and if u cant understand the office staff ask to speak to someone else..theres more then one person that works here..if u think that the people here only care if u pay your rent on time thats crazy they try to fit your every need..even when they dont have too.for the maintenance here i have never had a problem but people are retarted and complain about waiting for even a small thing..if its sooo small do it your damn self!Dont u think that maintenance has other things to worry about like pipes bursting and things of that nature which do u think comes first ur bifold doors or a busted pipe...if u dont like it here so much then move outtttt.As for me i love it here the apartments are georgeous and the place is very friendly..i dont plan on moving for a long time.

AN OBVIOUS MORON---ASPEN HIGHLANDS IS A COMPLETE JOKE. PEOPLE LET THEIR ANIMALS ---- IN THE HALLWAYS. DO NOT MOVE HERE-YOU WILL REGRET IT!
