i have been here since the beginning of construction. yes, i've read the other postings and agree with most. however, since i was one of the first to move into this new community i saw it grow. one of the main reasons i moved to this community was because of the bubbly, bright and genuinely caring redheaded young lady who seemed to have this office under control. she was a fixture here from the beginning and i was sad to see her go on maternity leave. ever since then the whole community went down hill. she seemed to be the only one who had sincerity towards the tenants and thier needs, and this obviously was not just a job for her! yes, even tho there was a rotating staff, this young lady stood strong and was always there to pick up the pieces. i hear she was transfered down to the aspen woods property and i'm seriously considering moving there at my renewal in order to get the service, respect and genuine concern that a tenant deserves. her job change was too bad for the highlands but a real blessing for aspen woods. kudos to her! ( and her new baby! )
