Is anyone else having trouble reaching the office' I guess the new property manager is allowing the office staff not to answer the phones. I have been trying to get in touch with the office here for 3 days. I thought that maybe I should call Aspen Woods, maybe I would get a response. This is now the second day that I tried to call Aspen Woods! How is anyone supposed to get answers here. I even tried to drive to Aspen Woods and NOBODY WAS THERE. Plus the signs are down. Are we under new ownership as well as management' Maybe the girl who left knows whats going on. I would love to speak with the girl who worked here that gave it her everything. I understand that she is no longer working at either complex. If anyone knows where she went, let me know! She has excellent people skills, unlike the staff we are left with now.
