i wouldn't wish this expeience on anyone. every waking moment spent in this apartment is just an attempt to keep my sanity. the people above us are beyond loud. we can hear every step and word spoken. when they vacuum it shakes everything in our apartment. instead of getting a broom or mop they simply vacuum the tiled areas, which is fine if you have no respect for those that live below you. you can see the light fixtures moving and all our glasses and dishes in our cabinets shake like there is an earthquake.
the place is fantastic if your deaf.
