Awful maintenance

I've been living here for almost a year. The intercom system in my building took over 6 months to be installed. I kept going to the leasing office to ask when it was going to be installed and everytime the answer was "the company that's supposed to install it was supposed to come in this week". But week after week, no one came. I really doubt that a business can delay something for over 6 months and still be in business. Either they're too cheap to hire a decent company to install the intercom, or they're too cheap to hire anyone at all so they just find a mediocre person to install it and hope it works. Once it was installed I thought finally delivery people and friends can reach us through the intercom system. Boy was I wrong!!! So now instead of complaining about not having an intercom system, now the problem is that the intercom system doesn't even work. The intercom on one side of the building can dial up, but the door won't open. The one on the other side doesn't even dial out.
The problem isn't just the intercom, it's pretty much everything. When we first moved in, we were missing towel racks in the bathrooms. The maintenance guy came in and installed it but did such a poor job that the whole rack is always loose, and if you pull a towel too hard, it falls. Me and my husband had to fix it ourselves. The roads took 10 months to be paved, and for 10 months we had to drive maneuver through holes and bumps or go right through some of them cuz they were too big to avoid.
The staff don't know anything, and are not helpful when you have an issue that you want them to fix. Instead they just keep you hanging.
Sure the location is great since you're close to everything, but with all the problems and high rent...it's not worth it! I'm just hoping we could find a home and finally move out of this hellhole.
